- What does SwissEdge do?
- It carries out published sets of rules on your own Binance sub-account, with the amount and settings you choose. It gives no advice, never holds your money and cannot withdraw it.
- How do I stop everything at once?
- Tap Stop on each set of rules on Home: open orders are cancelled. For an immediate stop from Binance itself, delete the API key in Binance: SwissEdge can then no longer place any order.
- How do I connect Binance?
- Create a sub-account and an API key with trading on, withdrawals off and access restricted to our server, then paste the key in Me › Connect a sub-account. The guide shows every step.
- Why is my account on a waitlist?
- SwissEdge opens step by step and we review every request by hand. You get a notification when your account opens.
- How do I delete my account?
- In Me › Delete my account. Running rules are stopped first, then your keys are erased and your account deleted.
