Privacy policy

Who is responsible

SwissEdge is operated by 41Labs GmbH (in formation), Baarerstrasse 135, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. Contact for any data question: support@swissedge.io.

What we collect

Account: your email, name, password (stored only as a hash by our sign-in provider), language and display currency.

Your sign-up answers: country of residence, whether you have a Binance account, the amount range you plan to use, and your optional message.

Binance: the API key and secret you connect. They are encrypted on your phone, readable only by our server, and stored encrypted. We require keys with withdrawals switched off and restricted to our server's IP address.

Activity: the rules you switch on and their settings, the orders placed, fills, balances of the connected sub-accounts, and a log of your decisions (switch on, change, pause, stop).

Notifications: if you turn them on, a push token for your phone.

We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics tools, and we do not ask for identity documents.

Why

To carry out the rules you choose on your own Binance sub-account, show you what happened and why, check that your key stays safe, review access requests while SwissEdge opens, send the notifications you asked for, and meet legal obligations.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and sign-in), DigitalOcean (the server that carries out the rules), Vercel (the web app), Expo and Apple (delivery of push notifications), Telegram (internal alerts to the operator, such as a new access request with its email). Some of these providers are in the United States; transfers rely on their standard contractual clauses.

Binance receives the orders placed with your key, under Binance's own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your data.

How long

Until you delete your account. When you do (Me › Delete my account), running rules are stopped first, then your keys are erased and your account is deleted. Records of orders and fills are kept without your name or email for as long as accounting and legal rules require (up to 10 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@swissedge.io. You can delete your account yourself in the app. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We will show the date of the latest version here and tell you in the app about important changes.
