What SwissEdge is

SwissEdge is software, operated by 41Labs GmbH (in formation), Baarerstrasse 135, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, that carries out published sets of rules on your own Binance sub-account, through an API key that you create and connect.

SwissEdge does not give investment advice, does not manage your assets at its discretion, does not hold your money and cannot withdraw it. You choose the rules, the amount and every setting, and you switch them on yourself.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, have a verified Binance account, and be allowed to use these services where you live. SwissEdge opens step by step: accounts are opened after a review of each request, and a request can be declined.

Your part

Create keys with trading on and withdrawals off, restricted to our server's IP address, and keep your Binance account secure. Only put on the sub-account money you can afford to lose. You are responsible for your taxes.

Risks

Crypto prices move a lot and you can lose money. Results shown are calculated on past data, after fees; the past does not promise the future.

Orders may fill at other prices or not at all. Binance, our server or the internet can be unavailable; rules may then not run as planned. The safety stop limits losses but does not prevent them.

The service

SwissEdge is free while it opens by invitation. We may change, pause or end features or rules, and will tell you in the app before ending rules you use. You can pause or stop your rules and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend an account that misuses the service or puts other users at risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for losses from market movements, from your settings, or from outages of Binance or other third parties. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains.

Law

Swiss law applies. Courts: Zug, Switzerland. Contact: support@swissedge.io.
